Introduction:
Steel rotolock valves are installed in the refrigeration system and air-conditioning industry for adjusting the flow rate, oepning & off the flow and also can be a service valve.
Please using brass soldering and make sure the spindle is open before welding and the temperature is lower than 800℃,in order to avoid the leak caused by the melt at the welding points of valve body cause of the over high temperature.
Teflon washer is supplied along with the valve, This teflon washer can can keep the seal under big changes in temperature and anti vibration.
Feature:
1.Max. working pressure: 4.2MPa
2.Allowable operating temperature = -40℃ to 120℃
3.Compatible with all HCFC and HFC refrigerants and , along with associated oils
4.Also allows them to be used for R410A and sub-critical CO2 applications
5.100% leakage testing.
6.The stem seal is made from graphite.
