Introduction:
Constant pressure valve is used to adjust evaporating pressure or back pressure of compressor automatically at a setting value, to easure that the system's stable working is not affected by the condensing temperature.by adjusting the spring force in the upper part of capsule to control the outlet pressure constant,which is assemble on the by-pass line of the high-pressure side and low-pressure side in the refrigeration system.When evaporator load is bigger, constant pressure valve will close, and compressor will run with full load.After a certain time, evaporator load decreases, Under the setting pressure of constant pressure valve, open constant pressure to bypass the part of exhaust pressure. On the one hand, make sure the back pressure is not too low, on the other hand, the energy can adjust automatically of the compressor.When it is assembled between accumulator and evaporator of the refrigeration system, it can replace the thermal expansion valve,throttle valve,or capillary tube, as constant expansion valve. At this moment,it is not affected by the condensation temperature to ensure the evaporation constant pressure in a certain range.
Constant pressure valve is mainly used in cabinet air conditioning, ice machine, drink machines, cold water machine, dehumidifier, experimental apparatus and other small refrigeration systems

Feature:
1.For the use of heat flow bypass valve,it ensures a certain back pressure,to prevent evaporation temperature too low,to avoid the evaporator freezing.It can increase gas velocity in evaporator , thus ensuring that oil return of the compressor is good, can realize the energy of compressor adjust automatically , and can protect compressor overload automatically.
2.For the use of constant expansion valve,it can ensure the evaporation pressure is not affected by the fluctuation of condensing pressure,and evaporating pressure is stable.
