Introduction:
1.Reservoir pressure valve uesd to liquid line of refrigerant and air conditioning device, to implement the security connection between packless line valves, solenoid valves,check valves,sight glasses,filter drier,expansion valves and copper tube.
2.Reservoir pressure valve is equipped with replaceable copper washer for flare nut,to ensure the reliability of the seal.
3.Reservoir pressure valve goes with a deflated pressure relief groove,to easure the convenient and safe maintenance when rapid loading and unloading.
4.Reservoir pressure valve is installed in the oil receiver at the top of the 3/8"" SAE connector,it candischarge pressure in the oil receiver to the suction pipe, to ensure the suction pressure always existing more than 20 psi (1.38 bar) in the oil receiver.Because there is a potential difference and pressure difference between the oil receiver and the compressor,it can ensure oil into the compressor crankcase from oil level regulator.
5.Reservoir pressure valve is installed in the 0R-1-1/2 oil receiver at the top of the 3/8" SAE connector,and the pressure in the oil receiver can be discharging to the suction line,to ensure the suction pressure keeping a preset value more than pressure in suction line.If there is enough oil in the oil receiver,the pressure difference formed by receiver pressure valve will ensure that the oil flow to the oil level regulator.
6.Reservoir pressure valve can release the pressure from the oil receiver,just when the pressure exceeds its fixed preset value.If the system gives rise to suction pressure fluctuation due to compressor unloading gear,adapter kit or other suction control reasons it should be installed a Reservoir pressure valve which enter into the compressor crankcase from oil level regulator.
