Expansion valve in the cooling system before the refrigerant must being clean and dry otherwise the impurities can cause expansion valve dirty plugging, water wi cause ice block To avoid the above two situation occur must be installed in front of the refngerant into the expansion valve a filter drier 1170/1171 series filler dryef odopts spherical particle molecular sieve, two-stoge filtration and drying combination design, filtration adsorption abifilty. This series of fitter motecular sieve particles model points XH-9 and XH-11 twoophons.

1.1170 and 1171 series have copper over braze welding interface and threaded connections are avaiabte
2.Molecular sieve by using sphencal particles
3.Using two-stage filter design
4.Htrafon precision of 20pm, can maintain effective fittering in the minimum pressure drop
5.Surface coated with caroson resistant epoxy powder coating, match the requirement of 500 hours salt spray testing
6.Maximum working pressure is 45 bar
